She oversees the daily operation of NCADD, supervises employees, manages program services, writes grants and performs CONFIDENTIAL assessments and referral to treatment resources. Always dependable, charming and upbeat, you'll find B.J. purchasing, accounting, receiving merchandise, interfacing with whoever calls or visits, updating meeting lists . . . well, she is our ‘hub.’
